At Red Rock Builders we understand that the home building process can be intimidating, but not to worry, our team has the skills and experience to guide you through the entire process with confidence.
Our process is very simple. You as the client start with a Needs Evaluation with one of our Sales Agents. With the Sales Agent, you will be able to redline any needed changes and solidify a price.
Once a price is finalized and plans are fit to the clients' expectations, a contract will be signed. Once the contract is signed then our build team starts planning your entire project.
Our time from the contract being signed to the hole being actually dug is about 1-2 months, and then after your project is launched we are looking at about 4-5 months of build time.
You as the client will be involved throughout the entire process including a weekly update from our Field Supervisor.
